Olayinka M. Ayeni, MD, PLLC accepts inquiries regarding court-ordered psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for juveniles, including families in the Montgomery County, Texas, area.
Our focus is understanding each young person’s mental health needs and developing clinically appropriate recommendations.
What Services May Include
- Psychiatric assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
- Review of available treatment and medication records.
- Medication management when indicated.

- Communication with authorized caregivers and referring professionals.
- Documentation addressing the accepted referral requirements.
Before Scheduling
Please provide the court order, referral instructions, deadlines, and relevant records before scheduling. Our office must review the requested scope, confirm appropriate consent authority, and determine whether we can meet the requirements.
A treatment evaluation is different from specialized forensic work. Requests involving competency, criminal responsibility, custody, or other forensic opinions require separate review and are not automatically included.
Court and Agency Requirements
Our practice is independent and is not currently contracted with Montgomery County. Acceptance of a referral does not imply county endorsement or guarantee that an evaluation will satisfy a particular court or agency.
The referral requirements and any limits to confidentiality will be reviewed before services begin.
